Who we are
Wheelo is a free service that lets you unlock automation blueprints. The data controller is the site's publisher.
Data collected
- Email: when you create an account via magic link, to keep your collection.
- Profile (optional): domain, role, company size, objective, tools, level — to personalize your wheel and our recommendations.
- Acquisition: visit source (UTM params, referrer) to measure audience.
- Gameplay activity: spins made and blueprints unlocked, tied to your session or account.
Legal basis & purposes
Processing relies on your consent (profile) and our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service. We apply data minimization.
Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. An inactive anonymous session is purgeable.
Your rights
You can access, rectify (from My profile) and delete your data at any time: the "Delete my account" button permanently erases your account, profile and collection. Privacy policy
AI application note
The "How to apply it" note is generated from the blueprint metadata and, if you consented, your profile. The result is cached under an anonymized signature, purged when you delete your account.
Cookies
We use a technical cookie to identify your game session and an auth cookie once signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
