Yes. The draw uses the browser's cryptographic random generator (Web Crypto), giving a strictly equal probability to Yes and No every call. No history is taken into account.
What's the difference from Coin Flip?
Mechanically both are 50/50. Psychologically, Yes or No anchors a concrete decision (your actual question), while Coin Flip is more abstract and suits low-stakes arbitration better.
Can I use it for several questions in a row?
Yes. Each draw is independent. But watch out for the best-of-three effect: re-spinning multiple times unconsciously biases your final choice.
What if I have more than two options?
Yes or No only fits binary decisions. For three or more options, use the main Wheelo wheel or the Random Number generator with a numbered mapping.
